Russia U17 finish in second place of the Four Nations

In Kazan, the under 17 Russian national team came up short in the concluding game of the Four Nations, conceding a heavy 0:6 defeat to the USA.

Four of the six American goals were scored in the first period alone. Pavel Kanaev replaced Valery Brinkman in the Russian goal during the game.

As a result of this loss, Russia finish in second place of the competition, behind the American and ahead of both Switzerland and Slovakia.
