Russia U17 have arrived in Kazan

On December 12, the under 17 Russian national team arrived in Kazan ahead of the Four Nations competition.

The tournament will take place between December 13-15.

These following players made the trip to Tatarstan:

Goalkeepers: Valery Brinkman (SKA), Pavel Grishin (Yugra), Pavel Kanaev (Spartak Moscow).

Defensemen: Mikhail Berezovsky, Vladimir Grudinin (both CSKA), Nikita Dimitrov (SKA), Gleb Ivanov, Pavel Mintyukov (both Dynamo Moscow), Vladislav Lukashevich (Lokomotiv), Vasily Shumilov (Salavat Yulaev).

Forwards: Dmitry Nazarov, Ilya Nazarov (both Lokomotiv), Nikita Blednov (Sibir), Vsevolod Gaydamak (Spartak Saint Petersburg), Evgeny Gorfinyak, Prokhor Poltapov (both CSKA), Zakhar Ziminov (Dynamo Saint Petersburg), Ivan Ivantsov (SKA), Daniil Lazutin, Nikita Chibrikov (both Dynamo Moscow), Ivan Mekhovov (Ak Bars), Matvey Petrov (Krylya Sovetov Moscow), Fyodor Svechkov (Lada).

The team then trained in these lines:

Kanaev, Brinkman, Grishin;
Ivanov, Grudinin - Petrov, Ivantsov, Mekhovov;
Mintyukov, Berezovsky - Poltapov, Lazutin, Chibrikov;
Shumilov, Lukashevich - Svechkov, Gaydamak, Gorfinyak;

The U17 Four Nations consists of four different stages which are held across Europe. This year, the Russian phase of the competition will be played at the Sports Palace in Kazan: Moskovskaya Ulitsa, 1. Russia, America, Switzerland and Slovakia are the four participating nations.
