2019 Karjala Cup. Czech Republic - Russia - 3:0

The senior Russian national team conceded a 0:3 defeat to the Czech Republic in the concluding match of the 2019 Karjala Cup in Helsinki, Finland.

This competition marked the start of the 2019/2020 Euro Hockey Tour.
