In the concluding match of the 2019 Germany Cup, the Russian Olympic national team defeated Switzerland 4:3 in a dramatic penalty shootout.
Russia required a late goal from Ivan Igumnov to send the game into overtime. Vladimir Bryukvin and Daniil Ilin had previously scored in regulation time.
Artyom Galimov then netted the winning penalty shot to win the match for the Russians.
Russia end the competition in third place behind Switzerland and Germany.
