The under 17 Russian national team defeated Sweden 5:4 in the third match of the 2019 World Hockey Challenge in Canada.

Fyodor Svechkov (twice), Ivan Mekhovov, Vsevolod Gaydamak and Vladimir Sychyov all scored for Russia to seal the 5:4 win.
