In the concluding friendly match between the two nations in Vierumaki, the under 17 Russian national team defeated the Finnish hosts 6:2 with a confident performance.
Matvey Nadvorny, Danila Yurov, Vsevolod Gaydamak (2), Artyom Svischev and Ilya Ivantsov scored the Russian goals.
In the first game, Russia had defeated the Finns 4:3 in overtime, before the opponents then won the next game 3:2 in a penalty shootout.
