A Night Hockey League gala match took place in Sochi

In Sochi, a Night Hockey League gala match took place at the Bolshoi Arena, with Hockey Legends defeating Night Hockey League Team 14:7.
Eight of the winners' goals were scored by President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, who picked up nine (8+1) points overall. He played alongside Russian ice hockey legends such as Pavel Bure, Vyacheslav Fetisov, Alexei Kasatonov, Igor Larionov, Alexander Yakushev and Alexander Kozhevnikov.
Russian Federation Defence Minister, Sergei Shoygu, scored a hat trick in the game. Pavel Bure, Sergei Fyodorov and Vitaly Prokhorov also scored for the Hockey Legends.
