Coaches’ Council was held

Coaches’ Council of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation was held in the RIHF office. The meeting was attended by Federation’s President Vladislav Tretyak, vice-presidents Boris Mayorov and Igor Tuzik, legendary and glorious coach Viktor Tikhonov, twice Olympic Champion Boris Mikhailov and team coaches.

Vladislav Tretyak held an opening speech:

- The IIHF Congress has been recently held where an interesting report on young players’ positions in their countries’ teams was listened. Today more and more representatives of young generation should have opportunity to outperform in order to be invited to the National team of Russia in perspective, that’s why we are extremely interested in it.
