Vladislav Tretyak took part in Olympic torch relay

October, 7 the RIHF President Vladislav Tretyak took part in XXI Winter Olympic Games torch relay that started in Moscow. Vladislav Tretyak who is three-time Olympic champion got his relay part in the Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure.

- I was lucky to hold the sign of Russian sport twice: in 1976 and 1984 Olympic years, but today it was the first time I had run through distance with Olympic flame torch, - Vladislav Tretyak admitted. – I devoted all my life to sport and that’s why today I experienced feeling that unites all people throughout the world regardless of race, nationality and religion. I brought the flame of the great  sports feast that everybody is awaiting impatiently. We will make everything possible to please  all guests and participants in Sochi. Wish our Olympians great results.
