Meeting on 2013 Channel One Cup organizational aspects

Meeting dedicated to organizational aspects of 2013 Channel One Cup was held in Sochi. Among its participants are Deputy Minister of Sport of Russia Dmitry Nagornykh, Russian Ice Hockey Federation Executive Director Valeri Fesyuk, RIHF vice-president Nikolai Uryupin and also Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee and JSC “Channel One” technical support representatives. 

Questions on the agenda were connected with such organizational aspects as accommodation and food services for participating teams, arranging training process, passing system for all guests including spectators, teams’ and media representatives at sports facilities, transportation, timelines and channels of ticket sales, TV broadcasting, work of press-zones, entertainment program for spectators etc.

Russian Ice Hockey Federation Executive Director Valeri Fesyuk: “Meeting was held in constructive atmosphere. We have one common goal: to hold 2013 Channel One Cup on the highest level. Tournament timelines are restricted that’s why meeting was just in time for us. Lively and productive work is awaiting us.”
