Russian national team roster for Euro Hockey Challenge matches in Sochi

The senior Russian national team's management group can reveal the squad for two upcoming 2018/2019 Euro Hockey Challenge matches against Switzerland in Sochi.

Goalkeepers: Ilya Konovalov (Lokomotiv Yaroslavl), Alexander Georgiev (New York Rangers), Ivan Bocharov (Dynamo Moscow).

Defensemen: Artyom Zub, Dinar Khafizullin (both SKA Saint Petersburg), Alexander Elesin, Nikita Cherepanov, Rushan Rafikov (all Lokomotiv Yaroslavl), Albert Yarullin (Ak Bars Kazan), Yegor Yakovlev (New Jersey Devils), Ilya Lyubushkin (Arizona Coyotes), Artyom Sergeev (Salavat Yulaev Ufa).

Forwards: Anatoly Golyshev (Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg), Alexander Barabanov, Sergei Plotnikov, Nail Yakupov (all SKA Saint Petersburg), Damir Zhafyarov (Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod), Vladimir Tkachyov, Alexander Burmistrov, Alexander Kadeikin (all Salavat Yulaev Ufa), Pavel Kraskovskiy, Yegor Korshkov, Denis Alexeev (all Lokomotiv Yaroslavl), Bogdan Yakimov (Severstal Cherepovets), Anton Zlobin (Spartak Moscow).

Not all players in this squad will compete in the Euro Hockey Challenge games. Those players will remain in Novogorsk and train in accordance with an individual program.
