In the concluding match of the 2019 Winter Universiade group stage, the Russian women's student national team defeated Canada 4:2.
Alevtina Shtaryova, Anna Shibanova, Valeria Pavlova and Anna Shokhina scored the goals.
Russia will now play the USA in the semi-final on March 10.
