Russian women's student national team roster for the 2019 Winter Universiade

The Russian women's national team roster for the upcoming 2019 Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk is now known.

23 players (3 goaltenders, 8 defenders, 12 forwards made the team):

Goalkeepers: Nadezhda Morozova (Biryusa Krasnoyarsk), Valeria Merkusheva (Dynamo Saint Petersburg), Valeria Tarakanova (SKIF Nizhny Novgorod Region).

Defenders: Maria Batalova, Anna Shibanova (both Agidel Ufa), Nina Pirogova (Tornado Dmitrov), Ekaterina Nikolaeva, Anastasia Chistyakova (Dynamo Saint Petersburg), Elena Provorova (SKIF Nizhny Novgorod Region), Liana Ganeeva (SK Gorniy), Nadezhda Volf (TSSP KIVS Yekaterinburg).

Forwards: Elena Dergachyova, Alyona Starovoytova, Anna Shokhina, Alevtina Shtaryova (all Tornado Dmitrov), Oksana Bratischeva, Viktoriya Kulishova (both SKIF Nizhny Novgorod Region), Ekaterina Dobrodeeva, Valeria Pavlova, Anna Timofeeva (all Biryusa Krasnoyarsk), Diana Kanaeva, Evgeniya Dyupina (both Dynamo Saint Petersburg), Fanuza Kadirova (SK Gorniy).

Six teams will compete in one group at the competition, with the best four moving into the semi-finals. On March 10, the semi-finals will take place, before the third place playoff and the final are played on March 11.
