Meeting between the RIHF and Kazakh Ice Hockey Federation

On January 31, a business meeting took place between the Russian Ice Hockey Federation and the Kazakh Ice Hockey Federation in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Roman Rotenberg, leader of the Russian national team management group and the Russian Ice Hockey Federation vice-president, met with Askar Mamin, the first deputy prime minister of Kazakhstan and the president of the Kazakh Ice Hockey Federation.

The parties discussed the exchanges of experience in accordance with the signed memorandum, the development of the Red Machine Development Program, and transfers of players between the two leagues. It was also agreed to introduce the Red Machine National Development Program to Kazakh ice hockey schools.
