2018 World Challenge Cup. Canada East - Russia U18

In the opening match of the 2018 World Challenge Cup, the under 18 Russian national team will take on Canada East, one of the two Canadian sides participating in the competition.
During the preparation stage ofor the tournament, Russia U18 defeated NKHK 2:0 and Canada East 5:2 in friendly matches, games in which the players displayed their potential ahead of the competition.
For their part, Canada East played the USA in an exhibition game, conceding a 1:3 defeat.
