“Hockey Classic. St. Petersburg 2018" at the Saint Petersburg Stadium

As a part of the 2018 Channel One Cup, the senior Russian national team will play against Finland at the Saint Petersburg Stadium, which is generally used for football matches. The game is included in the "Hockey Classic. St. Petersburg 2018" event, and will take place on December 16, the final day of competition. The Russian and Finnish national teams will play each other in the Euro Hockey Tour, before the Army Derby between SKA and CSKA will be played on December 22 in the KHL regular season. This match will be played on both clubs' birthdays and the anniversary of Russian ice hockey.
The arena’s capacity will amount to 70 000 spectators. Prices will vary from 300 to 1800 rubles. Information concerning ticket sales will be published at a later date. The Channel One Cup, which is the second stage of the Euro Hockey Tour, will be held between the 13th and 16th of December. The main stadium of the tournament will be the Ice Palace at the Legends Park in Moscow which has hosted Euro Hockey Tour matches since 2015.
