96th anniversary of Grigory Mkrtychan's birthday

Grigory Mkrtychan, a legendary Soviet ice hockey goalkeeper who won the 1956 Olympic Games and the World Championship in both 1954 and 1956, would have turned 96 years of age today on 3 January 2021.

His memory lives on.
