With the 2018 World Championship approaching, the under 18 Russian national team are continuing to train in Chelyabinsk.

Today, the players trained in these following lines:

Miftakhov, D. Isaev, M. Isaev;

Reds: Galenyuk, Zhuravlyov - Marchenko, Morozov, Iskhakov

Whites: Malyshev, Misyul - Zavgorodniy, Sorkin, Rotenberg

Blues: Okhotyuk, Romanov - Kizimov, Zhabreev, Dorofeev

Yellows: Zhilyakov, Zamula - Spiridonov, Mikhaylov, Podkolzin

Greens: Zorkin, Knyazev - Rozhkov, Zaitsev, Rtischev

Russia U18 defenseman Anton Malyshev:

- Today, we trained well and worked on keeping our energy intact. We managed to rest after yesterday's match against Belarus and we trained with intensity afterwards. We had to skate on a different rink, but never mind, we understand that it's part of the process. It didn't affect how we trained. Tomorrow we will play against Sweden during the afternoon, so we won't train in the morning. The Swedes are a lot stronger than Belarus, they will play aggressively from the first whistle. Nevertheless, we are feeling better physically with every passing day. Tomorrow's match will be played at a high tempo. At the World Championship, every opponent is important.
