Russian national team coaches held a master-class for children

At the Sochi Bolshoi Ice Dome, Russian national team coaches held a training session for young HC Sochi academy players.
The session was organised upon the initiative of the National Development Program in order to help young players grow and develop. Overall, the Development Program, developed by the Russian Ice Hockey Federation, will be introduced to seven inter-regional coordination centres uniting more than 600 ice hockey schools. After the master-class, the players received gifts with the coaches' autographs.
Russian Olympic team coach Oleg Bratash:
- This master-class is a part of the National Development Program. At the moment, methodical material for players between the ages of 8 and 10 is ready. Today, we held a training session for players of this age group.
Russian Olympic team coach Ilya Vorobyov:
- The best methods with Russian and foreign ideas are being used for the National Development Program. At the moment, our main goal is to introduce it to the training process.
