Russia U17 have left for Canada

On November 1st, the under 17 Russian national team travelled to Canada ahead of the World Challenge Cup. Head coach Vladimir Filatov has taken these following players:
Goalkeepers: Ilya Gorbunov (Traktor Chelyabinsk), Vladimir Sartakov (Avtomobilist), Vsevolod Skotnikov (CSKA Moscow).
Defensemen: Nikolai Burenov (Vityaz), Artemiy Knyazev (Ak Bars), Ilya Mironov (Lokomotiv), Dmitry Tyuvilin, Alexei Goryachev (both Loko-04), Alexander Shaposhnikov, Daniil Zaruba (both CSKA Moscow), Sergei Yanevsky (Avangard Omsk).
Forwards: Oleg Zaitsev (Dynamo Moscow), Matvey Guskov, Daniil Guschin, Danila Khulapov, Alexander Cherniy (all CSKA Moscow), Daniil Gutik, Ilya Nikolaev (both Lokomotiv), Vasily Podkolzin, Ilya Safonov (both Vityaz), Yegor Spiridonov (Metallurg Magnitogorsk.
In Canada, forwards Yegor Afanasyev (Muskegon Lumberjacks) and Sergei Alkhimov (Colorado Evolution) will join the team. On November 2nd, Russia U17 will play an exhibition game against Canada White.
