A test for our women

In Dmitrov, a city in Moscow region, the Russian women's national team continued their preparation for the World Championship with a match against the youth DYUSSH team - a club which has players born in 2000, 2001 and 2002.

The match finished in 2:2 normal time (Darya Beloglazova and Yekaterina Likhachyova scored for our team), however on penalty shots the opponents came out on top. During the first period Valeriya Tarkanova was was Russia's goaltender, and afterwards she was replaced by Valeriya Merkusheva.

Tomorrow, the team will play against the same opponents for the second time.
