The women's junior national team met Port Colborne's mayor

The women's junior national team along with head coach Alexander Ulyapkin are continuing to prepare for the 2016 IIHF World Junior Championship.
Before an ice session, Port Colborne's mayor John David Maloney invited the team to a meeting. He spoke about the city's history (founded in 1830), and our players found out that famous NHL faces such as Ted Kennedy were born there.
The team are training in preparation for the upcoming tournament in the Vale Health and Wellness Centre.
