Ivan Provorov: "We fought until the end"

Russian defenceman Ivan Provorov had his say after the 2016 IIHF World Junior Championship final:

- Are you satisfied with the tournament?

- We were a united team and fought until the end. We were a bit unlucky and took second place.

- Is this defeat harder to take than last year's silver?

- It's always horrible to lose. What can we do...the tournament's hosts played against us, they got a bit of help and we were unlucky in some moments. 

- Are you sad or happy with the second place?

- In the dressing room we will all take photos together, meet our parents and then have a dinner together when we are calmer.

- How would you sum up the tournament for yourself?

- I think that I played well, I fought and gave my all to help the team on special teams or equal strength. 

- You were one of the team's leaders this year.

- The experience from last year's tournament gave me an advantage, I helped the other guys.
