12.01.2016

At 03:30 Moscow time on the 13th of January, the U18 women's Russian national team will play Finland in the 2016 IIHF World Championship quarter-final stage in Saint Catharines, Canada.

This will be the third meeting between these two teams in the history of this tournament. So far our team has a perfect record, as Finland were defeated both in 2013 and 2014. Incidentally, in 2014 our girls came back from 0:3 down to take the win in normal time.

Russia finshed in third place of Group A with three points, while Finland took second of Group B.

The Finland - Russia match will begin at 03:30 Moscow time inside the Meridian Centre. A live broadcast of the match can be found on the Canadian Ice Hockey Federation's website.
