Players of youth Russian national teams are training in Novogorsk

A training camp for youth Russian national team players born between 2007 and 2010 started in Novogorsk on 26 May.

Here are the players involved:

Goalkeepers: Arseniy Laptikhin (Atlant Academy), Valeri Nikonov (Kapitan), Andrei Nikolayev (Des Moines Buccaneers).

Defensemen: Ruslan Adikov (Severstal), Varvara Bidzyura, Anna Vakhminova, Elizaveta Serkova, Yulia Churkina (all Tornado), Andrei Volkov (Torpedo), Sergei Galochkin (Kuznetskie Medvedi), Yaroslav Deminsky (Amurskie Tigry), Alexander Dudarev (Krylya Sovetov), Matvei Karasyov (Tolpar), Amur Marfin (Ak Bars), Pyotr Novozhilov (Dynamo Moscow), Alexander Ovchinnikov (Sokol), Vsevolod Patsera (Spartak), Stepan Pivovarov (Lada), Stepan Stepanov (Red Machine Junior).

Forwards: Semyon Gerasimov (Kuznetskie Medvedi), Vladislav Khomitsky (Almaz).

These following coaches will lead the camp:

Anton Korredor (Russia U18 head coach), Igor Shchadilov (Russia U20 coach), Andrei Markov (world champion, three-time Russian champion), Alexander Mikulovich (World Junior Championship silver medalist), Roman Prokopenko (youth Russian national team goalkeeping coach).

The training process will last until 31 May. Sessions on the ice and and in the gym are planned, alongside exercises outdoors.
