The master class was set up by the Red Machine Junior academy in cooperation with the Belarusian Ice Hockey Association. Andrei Kostitsyn and Oleg Antonenko, both famous Belarusian players, participated in the event as coaches.

Nine teams from four countries took to the ice: Russia U18, Belarus U20, Yantar (Moscow, Russia), Óbuda Hockey Academy (Budapest, Hungary), MHC 32 Liptovský Mikuláš (Slovakia), Dinamo-Juniverse (Minsk, Belarus), Ruslan Salei Sports School (Minsk, Belarus), Yunost-Minsk (Belarus) and Osnovanie (Minsk, Belarus).
