In their concluding match of the Eurasia Jastar Cup, the senior Russian women's national team conceded a heavy 1:5 defeat to the U17 Belarusian side.

The opponents initially opened a four-goal advantage within the maiden 32 minutes of play.

Nevertheless, Yekaterina Likhachyova did at least get our team on the board, getting the better of the Belarusian goalkeeper with 18 minutes remaining on the clock.



Team captain Valeria Ivanova was subsequently named the best Russian player of the game.
