Eurasia Jastar Cup. Belarus U17 - Russia U16 - 1:2

The under 16 Russian national team produced an impressive performance in the second match of the Eurasia Jastar Cup, defeating Belarus U17 2:1.

This is indeed our players' second consecutive victory at the competition in Astana having previously beaten the senior Russian women's national team by 10 unanswered goals on Monday.

Maxim Ryabov initially opened the scoring in the 12th minute, before Artur Zhuk conjured up an equaliser for the Belarusians.

Nevertheless, our team wasn't to be denied, as Fyodor Bondarenko tallied the decisive marker late in the second stanza.

The 3x3 tournament is now scheduled to be contested tomorrow.
