Eurasia Jastar Cup. Russia U16 - Russia W - 10:0

In the opening match of the Eurasia Jastar Cup, Russia U16 defeated the Russian women's national team by an emphatic score of 10:0.

The competition is being staged in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Roman Andreev, Kirill Vasilyev, Artyom Grigoryev, Arseniy Avdyushkin and Mikhail Chirkov all hit the jackpot during the first period, in turn ending the game as a contest before it had even started.

Further markers were tallied by Pyotr Legkov and Zakhar Mudrov in the second stanza, before Artyom Voronov - twice - and Maxim Ryabov completed the rout with three more goals in the third.

Our U16s will now prepare to face Belarus U17 tomorrow at 13:00 Moscow time, with the women taking on Kazakhstan U18 on the same day at 17:00.
