Kristall Saratov won the NMHL!

16.05.2025
Kristall Saratov became the latest champions of the National Junior Hockey League (NMHL), defeating Tambov by an overall series score of 3-1 in the grand final.

The decisive game saw Kristall edge past Tambov by a score of 2:1 to clinch their first championship in history.

Interestingly, Kristall only qualified for the Regions Cup playoffs as the seventh seeds, but they went on to take the competition by storm and only lose one of their 12 knockout matches!

Before the final, the Saratov-based organisation had beaten EcoNiva Bobrov, Ryazan-VDV and Granit Chekhov without dropping a single match.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation congratulates Kristall with their triumph!
