2nd All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Ice Hockey Officiating: Traditions and Modern Practice”

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF), in cooperation with the All-Russian Collegium of Referees, is holding the 2nd All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic: “Ice Hockey Officiating: Traditions and Modern Practice.”

The conference will be attended by ice hockey referees from Russia, as well as representatives of federations from other team sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball, rugby, bandy, field hockey, and water polo.

The RIHF has invited international sporting federations from the Republic of Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, the Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Iran, Serbia, the Brazilian Ice Sports Confederation, the UAE, China and Hungary to participate in the Conference.

The conference program includes presentations by staff members of the RIHF, as well as scientific partners of the RIHF Officiating Department, in particular, researchers from the Institute of Biomedical Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Sirius University of Science and Technology and others.

The event will also be broadcasted live in both Russian and English.
