The RIHF participated in a conference in Omsk
The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) participated in the All-Russian Omsk Scientific Readings Conference in Omsk.
The conference was staged by the Omsk State University
Specialists representing the RIHF presented a report revealing the methods which were used when developing and implementing the Red Machine National Development Program. Representatives of the academic community became acquainted with the technologies used for creating the problem, its philosophy and basic principles and the organisational and methodological aspects concerning the implementation of pedagogical methods in ice hockey academies across the country.
The entire system of coaching players is considered as a complex dynamic concept which is influenced by targeted impacts, while possessing specific features and a number of time and resource characteristics. All of the above allows for the necessary adjustments to be made to the program as time progresses. It should be noted that the Red Machine National Development Program is being implemented across Russia thanks to the support of RIHF partner Nornickel.
The subsequent meeting with representatives of the Avangard Academy was devoted to the development of issues concerning the joint implementation of educational projects such as conferences and coaching seminars. Improving the quality of coaches' work is one of the priorities of the RIHF.
