The RIHF is continuing to implement the Red Machine National Development Program in schools

During training in schools which are implementing the Red Machine National Development Program, specialists of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation regularly consult coaches concerning the most effective application of practical recommendations.

The key to the high quality of the training process is the synchronization of the acquired skills and techniques with possible game situations. Technical skills, motor skills and tactical schemes are linked to the dominant focus for the current period of long-term sports training, which integrates the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities.
