Skill development consists of 9 stages: (1) in place; (2) slowly in motion; (3) quickly in motion; (4) slowly in motion with obstacles; (5) quickly in motion with obstacles; (6) slowly in motion with resistance from the opponent; (7) quickly in motion with resistance from the opponent; (8) in the game; (9) in competitions.
These nine consecutive operations form the methodical axis of the process of technical preparation and training of young players. Such innovative approaches form the basis of the Red Machine National Development Program which was developed, improved and implemented thanks to the cooperation with Nornickel.
