Reaction after winning the 3x3 Channel One Cup
13.12.2024
Russian forwards Kirill Tankov and Ivan Demidov both shared their emotions after winning the 3x3 Channel One Cup in Saint Petersburg.
Russian national team forward Kirill Tankov:
"It was fantastic to compete in front of so many fans! I think that it was obvious just how much we wanted to have fun out there, score goals and win. In my opinion, this is a very important competition, it gives both the players and the supporters to recharge. All teams displayed dynamic ice hockey, but the main thing is that we emerged victorious!"
Russian national team forward Ivan Demidov:
"I'm really happy that we won the trophy. I enjoyed how everyone played, we witnessed dynamic ice hockey in every game. It's always an honour to represent our country, regardless whether we're playing 5-on-5 or 3-on-3. The atmosphere inside the arena was incredible!"
