The RIHF is implementing educational projects for coaches
The key areas of the Red Machine National Development Program include the implementation of educational projects which allow for coaches, managers and ice hockey specialists to become even better qualified for thier respective roles.
Training within the framework of the implementation of the Red Machine National Development Program is a unique solution in terms of improving professional skills and competencies. At the moment, within the framework of the implementation of the knowledge management system for managers, coaches and ice hockey specialists, several additional educational programs for advanced training and retraining are being implemented jointly with Russian and foreign universities.
During the implementation of additional educational programs, it is possible to attract teachers in various disciplines, as well as experts with subsequent long-term support. This can be an excellent alternative to more complex solutions that require significant time and financial investments.
Advanced training and retraining are a means of achieving a number of goals including obtaining new work knowledge and skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism, mastering new technologies and maintaining a high level of motivation and involvement. Of course, these and other improvements are an important contribution of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation to strengthening the human resources potential of the domestic ice hockey industry.
