Anatoly Ionov, a legend of Soviet ice hockey who won the Olympic Games alongside three World Championship titles, would today have turned 85 years of age.
He sadly died a mere 11 days short of his 80th birthday.
In 2014, Anatoly was inducted into the Russian Hall of Fame for ice hockey.
