RUSADA anti-doping event

On the eve of Clean Sport Day, which is celebrated on April 19th, the Russian anti-doping agency RUSADA held an event to improve the professional skills of anti-doping coordinators.

Representatives of Russian sporting federations responsible for anti-doping support took part in it. As part of the event, practical master classes were staged by anti-doping coordinators and specialists from the fields of sporting medicine, psychology and law. Issues of organising anti-doping activities, the prevention of violations, communication with sporting federations and many others were touched upon.

Furthermore, as previously reported, the Russian Ice Hockey Federation topped the rating list of federations in Olympic sports. Its representatives, who acted as speakers at the master classes, were awarded a special RUSADA prize.
