On April 15th, the "Refereeing in Russia: Current State and Development Opportunities” conference was held in Moscow at the Stalker Ice Arena.
The event, which was organised by the Russian Ice Hockey Federation's Refereeing Department, was attended by representatives of the ice hockey federations of Armenia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, as well as employees of football, volleyball, basketball, rugby and bandy federations. The online broadcast of the conference was conducted in Russian and English.
