On the concluding day of the Future Cup, the under 17 Russian national team breezed to an emphatic 7:4 triumph over Kazakhstan.

Interestingly, our players were indeed leading by five goals with less than eight minutes remaining, but despite a determined fightback from the Kazakhs our team held on.

As a consequence of this victory, Russia U17 have finished in third spot of the competition standings behind Russia U18 and Belarus U20.
