Academy for coaches in Kazan
An academy for coaches is being opened in Kazan by the RIHF and the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture.
A distinctive feature of the program is the expert level of personnel, material and methodological support. An important part of the training of coaches will be the study of existing systems of sports training of players by the leading sports systems of the world, as well as the Red Machine National Development Program. Students will be able to gain the most up-to-date knowledge, become acquainted with modern technologies and, most importantly, acquire new competencies which will significantly increase the efficiency of practical activities.
The Red Machine National Development Program consists of the most effective and innovative methods for training young players (5-17 years old), which makes it possible to educate elite-level ice hockey players. It was developed and implemented by the RIHF in children's schools across various regions of the country.
