Denis Guryanov and Oleg Bratash speak about the match with Finland

27.05.2016

Denis Guryanov, Russia-2 forward:

- I managed to score four goals, and I am grateful to my teammates. We need to keep playing in the same vein, two matches are coming up. It's great playing in these facilities, and it's really nice to be at the Olympic park.

- Will the match against Russia-1 be the most important fixture?

- We lost against them in a friendly, and here, we really want to take first place! We will fight.

Oleg Bratash, Russia-2 head coach:

- At this moment in time, it doesn't interest us who we play against us, we are more worried about how we are playing and our candidates. We have spread the players out between two teams, and different systems are being tried out for the World Championship. We must stick to our game plan against a strong or weak opponent. The match wasn't perfect today, but we peformed well. However, the opponents allowed us to do that.

- Earlier, Denis Guryanov said that the most important fixture will be against Russia-1. Would you agree?

- We like such a mindset! Nevertheless, we are currently thinking about tomorrow's match with Latvia.
