Russia-1 are the Black Sea Cup winners!

On the 29th of May in Sochi, the final match of the Black Sea Cup took place between Russia-1 and Russia-2. With time running out before the World Junior Championship in Canada later on this year, all Russian players were in the mood to show Valery Bragin's coaching staff what they are made of, 

The winner of this game would become the winners of the tournament, and both teams gave their all. In the end, it was Russia-1 who had the edge, as goals from Artur Tyanulin, Denis Smirnov and Artyom Vladimirov handed the side a 3:2 over their counterparts!

Having defeated KJT 8:0 earlier on, HC Riga will take the bronze medal back to Latvia.
