Sergei Golubovich, Russia U18 head coach:

- Everything is going to plan, and the players are healthy. This game showed that the team's state is fine.

- A lot of players in this team played at the previous World Championship.

- The guys know who they will play against, and they will be pumped for the Ivan Hlinka memorial tournament. We will see if the World Championship experience will help them.

- This squad has a lot of Dynamo Moscow players.

- The guys come from all over Russia - thanks to their efforts, they got into Dynamo's school. Over the past two years, we have given 100 players a chance to prove themselves.

- Have you spoken with Valery Bragin about your most talented players?

- Yes, we are always in contact.

- Can we call Andrei Svechnikov a potential superstar?

- He's 16, it's too early to say things like that. Nevertheless, he carries a lot of hope and expectation, however he has a lot of work ahead of him.

Klim Kostin, U18 forward:

- Are you happy that this training camp is coming to an end?

- Yes, we are always pleased when camps finished. We have been preparing for the Ivan Hlinka tournament for a long time, and we can't wait to get going.

- Have all of the line combinations been sorted out?

- This is the coaches' job. We have good coaches, and they will do everything possible in order to play in optimal lines.

- Canada have won the Ivan Hlinka tournament eight times in a row. Does this annoy you?

- I don't keep that in mind. It's a stimulus for us to perform, and we will travel in order to win.
