The event was organised in connection with the integration of the Red Machine National Development Program into the academy. It should be noted that the Traktor administration ensured the effective implementation of an additional educational program for ice hockey training, successfully fulfilling all the requirements of the current Russian legislation in the field of physical culture, sport and education.
The three-day visit of specialists from the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) was devoted mostly to solving practical problems related to certain aspects of training in children's and youth hockey such as planning the training process, organising a balanced diet for young players and psychological support and preparation. In the practical part of the event, classes were held on the ice with the participation of juniors born in 2009 and 2010. The classes were held in accordance with the Red Machine National Development Program.
On the third day of the event, the organizers held a meeting with the children's parents. A presentation was prepared especially for them based on materials from the Red Machine National Development Program which explained the features of coaching young players.
The National Development Program is an innovative development of the RIHF created with the support of Nornickel. The program meets the current requirements of Russian legislation and takes into account current trends in ice hockey.
