As a consequence of emphatically defeating Saint Petersburg 8:0, the under 17 Russian national team have won the U17 Sirius Cup!
Having opened up a commanding four-goal advantage across the maiden 40 minutes of play, our players subsequently tallied another impressive four markers in the third frame.
So far, Russia are yet to drop a single point at the competition.
The final match of the tournament will take place on Sunday, with our team set to face the Central Federal Region. Puck-drop is scheduled for 15:15 Moscow time.
