Lessons at the Artek Centre
05.06.2023
The "Red Machine - We're Together" training camp for players aged between 13 and 14 is continuing at the Artek Centre.
Classes dedicated to the secrets of an effective warm-up were held during the maiden days of the camp, with the participants learning about how to apply themselves correctly without picking up injuries. Specialists of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) noted that everyone showed great enthusiasm and carried out the tasks in a disciplined manner.
Furthermore, basketball, handball and other sporting competitions were held for the children, with captains being chosen. The purpose of these activities was to give the players a feeling for what it means to be leaders, how to develop team building and how to solve problems during games.
The Artek Centre possesses excellent conditions for practicing various sports, including specially equipped playgrounds which are surrounded by stunning nature. Such opportunities make it possible to create dense and rich programs for young players to train in accordance with the Red Machine National Development Program, which was developed by the RIHF and Nornickel.
