The RIHF extends its condolences

Evgeny Khatsey, who was a successful Russian ice hockey player and manager, sadly passed away on May 25.

During his playing career, Evgeny became a Russian champion in 2004 and won the European Champions Cup in 2005. When he subsequently hung up his skates, he worked as the general manager for Kuban and Yugra, before becoming the vice-president of Avangard Omsk and the director of the club's academy.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation extends its deepest condolences to Evgeny's family and friends.
