The U18's women's first ice training in Canada

On the second of January, the Russian junior women's national team with coach Alexander Ulyankin began ice training in Canada.

Inside the Vale Health and Welness Centre in Port Colborne, 23 players took part in the training session in these following lines:

Whites: Vodopyanova – Beloglazova – Kadirova, Lobova – Pirogova.

Blues: Dobrodeeva – Likhachyova – Zenchenko, Seredina – Zubok.

Reds: Falyakhova – Kulishova – Bolgareva, Teryoshkina – Klimkina.

Yellows: Senchukova – Dorofeeva – Shatalova, Pugina – Novikova.

Goaltenders: Merkusheva, Tarakanova, Tretyak.

The 2016 IIHF Women's World Junior Championship will take place in Saint Catharines, Canada, between the 8th and 15th of January. Our team will play against Canada, the USA and the Czech Republic in the group stage.
