The senior Russian women's national team gave Belye Medvedi 2010 a close run in Novogorsk, conceding a slender 3:4 loss to their male opponents.

Fanuza Kadirova, Elizaveta Shkalyova and Yulia Nuyaksheva all hit the jackpot for our side.

Our players did indeed hold the lead until the final 10 minutes of play, but Belye Medvedi promptly equalised before snatching the win with only 12 seconds remaining on the clock.
